Case Study
Paul Bauder GmbH & Co. KG has been using the Flip employee app since the fall of 2020. Previously, it was not possible to inform production and office employees equally and simultaneously. Using the app, management can now digitally communicate and interact with all employees at the various locations in Europe on a daily basis. This way, the workforce receives much more information about current events in the company, such as the latest customer projects or new personnel. In addition, employees now have the opportunity to share pictures, ideas and suggestions for improvement.
The introduction of the app was very successful. After a short time, almost 90 % of all employees are already using the app. The company already plans to expand the existing app to include tools such as shift planning, time recording and vacation management.
Results
Employee survey: non-satisfactory communication between employees
Production employees received news via print notices and the quarterly printed company magazine
Information imbalance: office employees were always faster & better informed
After a short time, almost 90 % of all employees are already using the app
Super interaction on the posts & exchange across sites
Same level of information between production and office employees

"Our employees receive much more information than they did in the past. For example, we can record the construction progress of our latest projects directly with pictures and communicate them to the entire workforce. The interaction on our news and posts is super."
