Even before the Corona pandemic, there were plans to digitize internal communication with all employees, because many colleagues could not be informed and reached by communication. Then, in early 2021, Flip's employee app was introduced to take corporate communications to a new level. Through the app, management can now not only inform the entire workforce at the same time, but all employees can also exchange information with each other.
The team feeling in the company has increased significantly as a result. The direct feedback option for all employees via the app has already enabled numerous improvements to be initiated and many processes to be optimized. The app is a central component of EUROPART's continuous digitization and innovative spirit and one of the decisive reasons for the award as Top 100 Innovator of medium-sized German companies in 2021.
